Cape Mental Health had the wonderful opportunity to participate in the national campaign presented by Speak Your Mind and the South African Federation for Mental Health. A series of interviews featuring our work, staff and service users were hosted this month and we are excited to see the final product come to life. The campaign provides an opportunity for advocacy around mental health issues as well as to empower and educate on available support and resources.
