Articles were compiled by mental health professionals [read here and here] to support the activities. Tshegofatso Sephula shared his story in an interview with SAFMH about his journey with mental health

Overall, it was an engaging and popular Men’s Health Month campaign on social media, with social media traffic increasing in June. This is expected as there was consistent posting throughout the month, as it was a campaign month. The website data also proves that people were interested in reading all the articles written this month.

The good reach and positive engagement are a great indicator that focusing on raising awareness about men and mental health is necessary and welcomed.
